Ford Ranger Price Rises September 2023

Ford Australia signalled price rises for the MY2024 models in September 2023, one of a series of four tweaks to the Ranger line-up since its 2022 launch. The RA series Ranger had an extremely strong start after its 2022 entry to the market, immediately threatening the Toyota Hilux’s strangelhold on the number one spot.

Waiting lists blew out to almost two years for some variants as the post-COVID global supply chain shock lingered.

Price rises were between $500 and $1200, with the Raptor once again in line for the biggest increase.

2024 Ford Ranger XL (September 2023)

The entry-level XL line-up came in for a decent uplift of between $300 and $700, taking the total price rise since 2022 to $950. Specification was unchanged.

2024 Ford Ranger XLT (September 2023)

The middle-of-the-range XLT was a target for hefty rises in April 2023 and at the MY2023.5 update. Yet another big hit took the price difference since 2022 as high as $3400. The worst hit are the 3.0-litre V6 turbodiesel machines.
